Doctor: "After listening to your heart with my telescope and checking your bud pressure, it doesn't look good. You have a branch stuck in your throat."
Patient: "Oh dear! Can you help me feel better?"
Doctor: "No, but my nurse will take care of you. Nurse Hallie, please pull the branch out of the patient's throat."
Nurse: "No. Ha-yee eat." (Nurse hits patient across face with tongue depressor.)
